Booking a ride with Fary is simple. Download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, enter your pickup location and destination, select your preferred service type, and confirm your booking. You can also book through our website or by calling our customer service.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (KBZ Pay), cash, and our in-app Fary Points. You can manage your payment methods in the app settings. For corporate accounts, we also offer monthly invoicing options.

All Fary drivers undergo a rigorous vetting process including background checks, driving record verification, vehicle inspections, and comprehensive training. We maintain strict safety standards and regularly review driver performance based on customer feedback. Our drivers must also complete regular safety refresher courses.

Yes, you can schedule rides up to 7 days in advance through our app or website. Simply select the 'Schedule' option when booking, choose your desired date and time, and confirm your reservation. You'll receive reminders as your scheduled pickup approaches, and you can modify or cancel your scheduled ride if your plans change.

You can cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives. For scheduled rides, cancellations made at least 1 hour before the pickup time are free of charge.

Our loyalty program rewards you with points for every ride. You earn 1 point for every 1000Ks spent, and points can be redeemed for free rides, upgrades, or special perks. Points are automatically credited to your account after each completed ride.

To become a Fary driver, you must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, own or lease an eligible vehicle, pass our background check, and complete our driver training program.
